these newsletters are such bright spots in my week, and I especially enjoyed this one. trying to figure out how to take care of myself best after spending so much of my life (as you said) pushing past demons to meet a deadline, to get an assignment done, to do well on an exam has been really difficult for me going into adulthood, and Wild Geese is something I've held very close to my heart in hard times. reading that these words have helped you too made me so happy, and this entire letter gave me a much needed reminder that I don't have to be good, just be. :-) <3
